Spent a few ours over te weekend tweaking the web site and creating a more suitable banner. No drastic changes but think it's a definite improvement and will suffice until I have time to do a complete redesign.
Had played with showing the ribbon bar icons on the Office 2010 ribbon bar background rather than the Office 2007 one, however it looked a bit too plain especially full height but without labels. Will have to try again.
I will soon need to work out the best way of optimizing the site so that searching for either Office 2007 or Office 2010 ribbon icons will bring people to the site. Possibly using a sub-domain, not sure yet, but suffixing things with 2007/2010 isn't very elegant.
